i just read that the appeal is now over and the district court judgement is affirmed. So now no more lingering court case. ARTR should now be free to speak. not a surprising decision. ARTR did business informally and violated a franchise disclosure form law. One missed document cost them over $80k in rescission and lawyer fees so you can imagine why it was appealed. here is the link to the affirmation decision:
