I'm sure the CEO is thanking you for funding his salary. It must be nice for him to get payed not to file the required financial reports and to pay rent on the storage unit. If he has even bothered to pay the rental fee over the last year.

I would say keep your eye on the show storage wars, you may be able to get a good deal on some useless patents.
