Proving either a negative, or a positive, in absence of any actual evidence or conclusive information is what it is,... and that's just opinion and speculation.

Those two points are - obviously - one individual's opinion and speculation.

Some here are (obviously) of the opinion that the company is lying directly, or by misleading by not providing information.

I - obviously - don't share that opinion and have a different speculation. I have read the SEC documents that are available, reviewed the (limited) information that has been released during the last year through company PRs and public presentations, and what appears to be claimed is that work in Dr. Moffatt's laboratory is underway. That work would not be underway if Dr. Moffatt's laboratory had not yet received any materials to test.

The company claims they can make 200 g lots from start to finish with consistency - that's also stated fairly directly in several SEC filings.

I only have to defend my actions, my decisions, and my opinions to myself. Think what you like. Others just need to base their decisions and their opinions on the facts as they see them.
