Firstly the reason why we did not mention the name of our Asian private investor is simply because it is highly confidential and his secured exclusive representation for the Asian market will be assigned to one of his companies so in a later stage we could freely and most likely release the name of our exclusive partner company in Asia.

Secondly the skepticism of the small investors is understandable but as soon as we finish up our audits and move to higher trading venues like the OTC QB then such skepticism will definitely disappear.
