a circuit court judge - first to rule - HID behind the shield - robe - the judicial castration clause that congress wrote into HERA

I may not like that - as an owner of Equity - but its not DEM or REP but a district court figuring let the circuit court decide

One can agree with the appeals court decision re EO or not -- it does not make a difference

All the matters for FNMA holders is that court decided that it could not be barred from reviewing the Executive action

To us that is important

It is very possible - that issue aside - the appeals/circuit court hearing our appeal was sort of stuck on the judicial castration clause congress wrote into HERA

This action by the Ninth Circuit court - politics aside - is valuable to us as they argue that a court has the right to review

The decision is not of issue to us

(and so you understand the State of WA sued (not some third party) and it sued on behalf of the damages to the citizens and businesses of WA .....)
