Very much so. In addition Trump's nominated FDA Commissioner will be announced soon and the main guidance will be the "Right To Try" new Commercially approved drugs after the safety has been proven which means successful Clinical Trials Phase1/2A , safety/tolerability. Years earlier to the Market as well as $millions of $ saved by Young Pharmas and no longer dependent on Major Pharmas.

Many changes coming to the FDA and many lives will be saved which otherwise would have been lost while waiting many years for the new technologies as the old drugs were ineffective!
