Indeed...in both directions. But, since it is nearly impossible to pick the bottom (or the top), and the pps is outside the normal "range", why get cute? You're right though, cash can kill if good opportunities are being passed up or ignored altogether. I am confident they aren't sitting idly by, and the value is there. It could be a long term investment, and at this point, also a good short to midterm trade. That's the beauty of a downtrodden stock of a strong, established company. There are too many strong companies you can't say that about right now. My feeling is there could be rotation in.
