I have a question.

To your knowledge, if UST wanted to alter the warrants they received as part of the SPSPA to say, 20%, instead of 79.9% of outstanding shares, would they then have to have help/communication from FHFA/Watt (acting on behalf of the GSEs) to accomplish that task?
