Shareholders will be singing the BLUES once they realize they bought a dying company.

It will prove interesting to see what the deal actually ended up being after Kurt found out about that court ordered $3million euro due to Holtzbrink.

And I believe the number of active users was hugely exaggerated. As many of the articles out of Germany reflected that.
