SC, It looks like FLO may be breaking out of it's holding pattern and ready to gradually move up from the 20 area.
The overall market is also starting to resume its upward trajectory after the recent sideways consolidation, and the VIX is near to where it's previous lows have been. Looks like the dollar may be starting to creep back up as the next Fed meeting approaches.
