Checking back in here, knew the split was coming at some point to help those series E shares out. So now they took 15 shares, have you 1, and placed the OS at 12 million. But now the series E are now tradable (common shares), about 20 million of them, placing the OS back up to 32 million.

$0.05 x 32 million = $1.6 million market cap.

I would guess the PPS will see some more pressure as the 20 million from insiders can now be sold, there wasn't enough room before the split.

Will be watching news, PPS and volume for a few months.
