The lakes and reservoirs are full up in N. Cal., and aquifer recharge is under way. Wettest year in a long time. About a decade of it and the aquifers will be fully recharged. The glaciers on Mt. Shasta are still growing, all seven of them. Warm oceans mean more moisture to milk from the clouds, apparently.
