More specifically if Mnuchin makes a comment about ending the NWS, I could see it flying to 10 dollars (or beyond).

I don't believe a comment about ending Conservatorship will have the same power on the PPS since Mnuchin has no direct power to end the Conservatorship. It would be taken by most serious investors as another statement of intent, but without any actual action behind it.

However, if Mnuchin makes a statement where he has the power to get behind the statement (like ending the NWS or cancelling the warrants), then the PPS could fly way up there.
