Jan is not a young man...so everything he is doing will be done as soon possible...no wasted time.

Even if it means...build it and they will come...it's seems like Jan wants this project to be his legacy...as long as he believes the project will work and puts the pieces together to make it work then the possibility of it working is greater than random multinational companies just coming and throwing money at the area just to have a presence.
