no its not correct , read latest prospectus , with 17 millions shares being issued this offering s/o will be around 35 millions and cash and restricted cash around 42 millions and if warrants are excersized that would add another 17 millions shares and 19 millions cash , so if all warrants are excersized there should be around 52 millions shares outstanding and cash would stand at around 60 millions or 1.15 cash per share
