I am wondering if ATVI is trying to hold WDDD's down thru its use of mm's. Seems to me the playbook of what to do is fairly well set. The only problem is ATVI is not goog or appl. They don't have their money or their influence.

One of the other things to keep in mind is we have a top tier law firm on our side working on contingency and only gets paid when the stock appreciates so, trying to sit on the stock is going to draw their attention fairly quickly and unlike retail investors they have the clout and means to do something about it. So, imo every single share that is bought is another share they have to short to suppress the stock. At some point even with this low volume the branch will continue to get heavier and at some point it will snap. ARCA, among maybe one or two others has been sitting on the ask for weeks now.
