OWC Pharmaceutical Research Corp (OWCP)

speaking to a CFA friend of mine, he is ultra cautious in general about penny stocks and the OTC. He did bring up a point, why is this conference only at a Double Tree? Why not at a St. Regis, etc? I had no solid answer for him but does anyone know where the previous conferences were held?
