Wouldn't the FINRA that has to "sign"off on the reverse split, be the place to start with our concerns?

Benny has a RESPONSIBILITY to honor the SEC and it's bylaws as well as civil laws.

A CEO and Board cannot throw us under the bus like this, Whether they want to believe it or not BENNY AND BOARD has a responsibility to shareholders.

They took the "majority rules" to new heights.

Bernie Madoff is a great comparison.
