Possible timeline regarding the Prurisol phase 2b trial

Last subject, #189, begin treatment by or before mid February 2017.

All 189 patients will have completed at least 6 weeks of treatment by or before the beginning of April 2017

The interim 6 week data should be sufficient to draw EXTREME INTEREST from several BIG PHARMACEUTICALS

Interim 6 week data for all 189 subjects available by May 2017.

By June 2017 all 189 subjects will have completed at least 12 weeks of treatment.

By mid July 2017 final data for all 189 subjects will be available.

Prurisol alone is worth at least $10 Billion!!!

In 5 to 6 months BIG PHARMA will know that Prurisol is worth at least $10 Billion!!!

This is what I expect from the interim results for subjects taking 150 mg BID or 200 mg BID at just 6 weeks just half way through the phase 2b trial.

First, I expect that the trial will start with 20% of the subjects to have severe psoriasis and 80% to have moderate psoriasis.

For the interim results at just 6 weeks I expect 4% of subjects to be severe (IGA 4), 29% of subjects to be moderate (IGA 3), 38% of subjects to be mild (IGA 2), 29% of the subjects to be almost clear (IGA 1) or clear (IGA 0).

I expect 29% of subjects taking 150 mg BID or 200 mg BID to be at PASI 75 at just 6 weeks just half way through the phase 2b trial.

I estimate that Prurisol at 300 mg per day bid will achieve a PASI 75 responses of 82.5% at 12 weeks

I estimate that Prurisol at 400 mg per day bid will achieve a PASI 75 responses of 100% at 12 weeks
