There's now 920 million shares outstanding. 300 million common shares are restricted with 1 million shares preferred (each worth 110 votes)

This means only 410 million votes for Meyers. Which Is No Longer the majority.

Why does the ceo insist that they still have a majority? They would need at least 460 million voting rights. If the ceo put out the 8k just to pump the stock he should be in jail. We Need Answers
