They cant just issue free trading shares. Any shares for Clikia deal would be restricted. Any funding would also involve a 6 month lockup. Companies cant just issue free trading shares like that. The only possible changes to the float would be from the tiny amount left on the old Michael Murphy note from a year ago...that note was only 48 grand last September.
