I'll call it how i see it. Right after a MAJOR r/s he's now going to up the shares? It's more than three times the share count. If they never did a split, it would be him saying we need to raise the share count to 60 billion+.
Obviously that makes no sense to have 60 billion shares so let's do a
R/S and wipe everybody out and start over. They will most likely give shares to themselves again and sell off the remaining shares to raise cash. This is how he is going to show profitability in the new year.
If you don't think this happens, it does. We've all been suckered at some point. I can admit it although most won't. Also peter goldy is the investor relations person? Wasn't he a buyer of shares and now he just appears as investor relations?

this is just insane. Not double but more than triple the amount of shares are being put back on the market.
Seriously think about it. This is going to get shit down eventually. Not one of us buying this stock can confirm anything comes from here as far as product. They have contracts for mineral rights? I doubt there is even land they own. to be able to buy that much land they are proposing they would need millions upon millions of dollars. They just don't have it and we're never going to fly down to see since the plane tickets to Brazil plus food expenses and other shit is way more than anybody has invested in this. Scam is a scam. There was even a sticky saying somebody bought a 1 billion shares. If my memory serves me correct the name was HFD-whalers. That day was called a major dump. Somebody's note converted and sold into the market at .0001 when we were getting .0002 days. That was the end of it. After that dump the stock was essentially so diluted it became worthless. Now here it's going to happen again as there are notes that probably are going to convert. Bet this keeps happening.
Also the post split price is .05 cents. It's got barley any volume to get this to go higher until the dilution starts then you'll see PRs and other crap suckering people in and then the MMs will create smoke and mirrors to drive the price up and then down to the shitter. I believe Somebody who was very popular on the BMIX board was a flipper.
From .0001 to .0002 is 100% gain. Why not take an easy 100% every day for a couple weeks then just disappear? Hell I know I would if I was a crook. Good thing I'm against crooks. Happens everyday on triple zeros. And it went to no bid numerous times. Luckily I got the last of my shares out three days before the damage was done. Sorry to all that lost here. It's such a shame this stuff exists but check it out for yourself. Start combing through the sales history of the stocks. You'll be very disappointed. Trust me I've been scammed in the past and again lesson learned.
