This isn't correct:

Alan, you are asking for proof of what he did with his shares.

A poster asserted that he did something, and I am asking for proof. Otherwise, it is hearsay. Similarly, if I were to ask Rosenberg what he did, it would be hearsay. It should really be in an SEC filing, whether it is required or not.

A poster also asserted that the 6mm common shares Rosenberg sold didn't need to be reported via Form 4, but, while I am not a securities lawyer, this doesn't seem correct to me.

If I were a shareholder of this company, I would wonder why the CEO was so quick to publicly point out a very small buy at a multi-year high but absolutely silent on a rather large sale previously.
