Eventually someone is going to sue him over failures on fiduciary responsibility. A buddy of mine is a lawyer and he's been trying to get me to head down that path.

I don't think that is the best outcome. I'd really like to see Frasier start putting out regular shareholder communications. OTC current information status would send this stock up to 30c or better.

And there's the possibility of someone buying the entire company.

But my buddy is a top-shelf lawyer, and he thinks it is amazing nobody has sued yet.

Something has got to give eventually.
