You asked. I am not sure whether to believe it or not as a general thing, but I do know that PT has been very, very late with Form 4's. And he was late with his last 8-K, when he should have filed one within four business days after the Felix deal was signed.

Stuff like that is either very sloppy. Perhaps it stems from poor legal advice.
