13G today shows Deerefield et al owning nearly 40% (and that's after the offering). 13G/A from last week shows Ralph Ianelli's group was at 16% (based on share count prior to the latest offering). Maybe Ianelli's holdings (7.6%) are personal, but based on that filing, I think they are considered institutional. Delaware Street was at 4.3%. Both Ianelli's group and Delaware Street percentages were calculated prior to the 5 million just sold.
That's roughly 55% institutional ownership right there. Doesn't count the institutions already owning shares. I realize NASDAQ is always weeks behind on that information, I just thought it was interesting.
