And the energy company they bought was not so impressive for the customer base as it's importance to being a fully functioning energy company. Again easier to buy something with all the appropriate licenses and permits than starting from scratch (also what they did with USAR - took over an existing shell). Very wise decisions that save time and money and allows them to get fully operating very quickly. Very wise and strategic moves by our management/leadership!! go CHRO and YES WE ARE IN THE $$$
