Has ACAN applied for construction permits so they can put those shovels in the ground next month? They still are planning to break ground in March, aren't they? I think final construction permits in Mass. take about 30 days for review and approval, but I may be off on that. Oh, silly me- they can't apply until they have the money to develop and if they had the money we would have heard about that.... right? $3.50 by Friday will start the first leg back down to reality.
