I highly doubt that the company would become compliant and reduce the AS, retire 47% of the shares, if they weren't above board. PM&E has been releasing news on a weekly basis since late December. Frankly, they have been more forth right with information than almost any company I have dealt with. I have little doubt that they are for real. MM's play games and that's what we are watching. Just my opinion.
