In a related incident: ? 2-3 weeks ago, when trying to add more shares of RLTR ... I couldn't trade it on-line

RLTR was restricted by some trading houses to call in orders only ... Most have now lifted that restriction, but

Schwab continues to this day to limit trading to call-ins

Could this be related to FTDs ?
