Benny owns printing company .

David supplies talent, colorists, artists etc.

We DO NOT OWN these IPs.

We would be "rich" if we had Markiplier to ourself.

He agreed for Benny to use him in Giant Size comics.

The set up of fees are the reason Red Giant Entertainment never shows any revenues or profit.

With present organization of this company , stockholders can never make any money.

Benny needs to be transparent and let REDG stand alone from his private business.
