DRYSHIPS Inc already has contracts for the 4 Gas tankers that is already being built.
2 Gas tanker has a contract for 5 years $40,000,000 + each year.
the other 2 Tankers contract goes out 10 years and will make $40,000,000 each year.

How come you longs are not talking about this??
