the name has been changed somewhat. DNI stands for Dumont Nickel Inc., which was the former legal name.
It was changed in May 2010 to reflect the new direction of the company at that time.
If you read the iBox, you will see that they still own a US-based subsidiary that retains the Dumont name.

The CEO has already begun paperwork for an OTCQX listing, and it wouldn't surprise me if at some point in the future, it becomes DNI Graphite or DNI Minerals, or something along those lines to better represent the current and future focus of the company, which has been around since 1954.
