Don't forget Change, that taking over a company that did NOT YET prove themselves, that has no positive trials to show, will not be approved by its shareholders. Therefore I think that after FDA they might be interested and get permission to buy out Cyrcadia (not LLBO because Cyrcadia will own the patent at that time).
LLBO will get 30% of the buyout budget or shares Cisco and therefore pps LLBO will rise. Jmho
