If you go to Bloomberg (https://www.bloomberg.com/quote/BVO:CN) and find out the management team of Bevo Argo Inc. Take a good look at the names of the team members. It will be very beneficial to you on what I'm about to show you next.
I want you to take a good look at Page 22 of the SEC filing from URBF: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1410253/000106299315005678/form10k.htm
If you made a connection...then you know why it's a very strong case of holding on to your URBF shares.
At the time, the said person had 31 million shares, where the SEC file is dated July 31st, 2015. URBF at the time had 500 million shares, and prior to the sale, it did a R/S from 500 million to 25 million, and the said person, by calculations, has roughly 1.5 million shares.
There is no evidences that the said person has sold URBF shares.
Why?
I already know the answer, but I want you to prove me wrong.
