When you have higher volume but the stock is trending down with the higher volume the price may be headed lower.....with that volume and the stock did not move higher may not be a good sign..........you need a group of investors to support the stock price...you need liquidity....here, finally you have a little volume but look at the stock price....maybe the picture will become clearer in the next couple weeks...............
