Can someone help me on this legal matter,

I'm going through the legal agreement between those two and I fell on this:

''It is anticipated that the prior operations and assets of Protext will be liquidated in the coming weeks, leaving Plandaí SA as the surviving operating entity.''

What is supposed to happen with TXTM outstanding shares after that???
