I'm with you! I'm talkin' stocks tonight and telling a few more people I personally know.

One guy, who I respect GREATLY, is a local real estate (multi) millionaire (I haven't seen his balance sheet, but confident in this assessment). He doesn't invest in the stock market because he's never really made money. He likes real estate.

After 25 minutes on the phone, I laid out the facts that we're all aware of. He's in. He's going to give it a shot!

That's awesome. A proven, intelligent, wealthy investor who I've admired for YEARS took a stock tip from me and even though he doesn't care for the stock market -- this felt like a solid chance.

That's special to me. Can't wait for OWCP to prove to him how great of a choice that was.
