Well not to sure about that office situation but I am just trying to look at everything I can happening in the country trying to learn and look at both sides of the equation.

I want this to take legs like most of us do, as far as the share structure and dilution is concerned well that kinda of sets with my speculation of if you did something wrong, don't do anything to draw any attention, just file your financials, and let it set dormant, show you made a valiant attempt.

I know it takes years to develop projects and we have seen what that country is going through, so we continue to wait and that's why I say it's not a buy or sell at this point.
