The value in an MJMJ franchise is the same as the value in ANY franchise:

- Brand name
- Training systems
- Operating systems
- Pooled R&D
- Pooled purchasing power
- Pooled legal/advertising power

Of course only 1 out of every 1,000 franchise ideas ever turn into successful chains.

Most franchise ideas fail because they are like MJMJ: poorly run money-losers.
