I purchased stock directly from MJNA (GH Investments) 1.5 years ago. I converted the "restricted" stock certificate to unrestricted stock over a month ago. I can not find any trading company that accepts the stock certificate! Are other people having this problem? If yes, please contact me. Are there any smaller companies that accept the stock certificates? They are claiming either MJNA does not file financials with the FCC or because the price is under $1/share are the reason to reject the stock certificate.
