Ref:Scottrade on line trading in a MARGIN account: If you trade a stock (sale) you can trade that amount of the sale in another stock (buy). If you have cash in your account you can buy on line till you use up the balance. If you buy and sell the same stock in the same day the program will reject the trade. You must call a broker to trade and over ride the program. It has to do with liquidity and clearing of penny stocks and control minipulation. I do not know if this is true with other brokerage houses. The restriction is lifted the following day.

This is only my opinion. You should research before you invest to limit your risk. When you invest in pinks its all risk and most fail, Never risk more the 10% of your holdings in pink sheet stocks!
