This is not what happened with plug. You need to go back and look at all the activities surrounding these financing arrangements by Plug and do some Real DD of your own and not just regurgitate the talking points of others. The reason fo plugs recent fall is concern on the part of some week-kneed private investors concerned with fuel cells not being included in the ITC renewal. Which will probably be reinstated this year when the new congress takes up the budget. Bu Plug is preparing for the contingency that that doesn't happen.
