Probably.....1:8 reverse split. Heck, they've already done a reverse split just last year. Something like 1:20. A lot of OTC stocks at one time or another say they intend to uplist to Nasdaq. Today's PR was straight out of the OTC playbook. In all my years of following these penny stocks,(25+ years) I have yet to find 1 OTC stock that has actually uplisted to the Nasdaq. IMO, the only reason these companies mention uplisting to the NASDAQ is so they can counter balance the selling of new shares....dilution.

BTW, I see there still hasn't been any trades today. lol.
