10Q, 10K, 8K are required documents which makes them more than "paper and words". While they become meaningless if a company goes belly up, they provide important investor information (less so for traders). Ignore or discount them as you wish.

I'm well aware of reverse splits with penny stocks. So, I'm not suprised when companies do this to lift stock price (to maintain a listing). URG has probably looked at this before and decided not to do it for whatever reasons.

IMO, gut feelings are meaningless in investing due to the inherent unknowns and timing luck. Someone might claim "my gut told me to buy/sell" but in reality it's just a decision based on preferences/metrics.

Not all posts are only cheerleading or opinions. Some provide informed, reasoned approaches based on data and direct experience. As an investor, I appreciate a more intelligent approach to investing.
