Why would I do that? Argo spent a lot of time and money to prove their deposit. Good for them.

Mexus.....not so much. Instead, we see Lemas issuing fraudulent technical reports which Mexus used to promote their property. Resulted in the SEC telling Mexus (twice) they cannot issue unsubstantiated tonnage figures. Despite that, the CEO still decided to throw unsubstantiated cost per ounce numbers out there, in an interview. I expect another comment letter.....
