Lots of things to think about when broken down to the individual level; but, it has to be legislated at the Macro-level to meet with general and Supreme Court approval. That means it has to take in all the bad examples also.

And, ...you're going to be a lonely puppy when your old and wrinkled...!!! I love having "..blinkey sneakers.." scootering about the house and grounds; and Winnie the Pooh stories are still just as good as the first time I ever heard them.
