The key word you used was HAD. He is also paying his 'debt to society' for the theft. I do not have all the details on that but, IF you were to go around to the surrounding neighborhoods in my area there would be many that would have 'felony convictions' (if prosecuted) for stealing cable service.

To the best of my knowledge any theft over $100 is a felony.

The things you speak about are in the past and those of us that are investing are looking to the future.

I am surprised that there are not more CEO's convicted of 'felonies' since if you take all the regulations they have to abide by, put them to paper, they would fill up an average school classroom from top to bottom and side to side.

The fact is that there are positive things that are happening at BTDG. Whether they pan out and we see shareholder value in the end is something to be seen.

There are proper steps to be taken by management if they want to maximize shareholder value... I hope he knows the right steps to take and avoid the wrong ones.

Wording and timing of PR's is very important...along with getting the share structure under control without losing any control of the company.
