QBID Shareholders Read:

Fat Franks Chicago Style Hot Dogs LLC is a Texas Company that filed the following 2 Regulation D Rule 504 REGDEX statements "Registering Shares of Securities". Notice the first one at the bottom was filed on 9-12-2005 and excepted by the Securities Exchange Commission on 9-14-2005 which was approximately 13 days before the BOGUS Texas Securities Board C & D order.

When this was brought to the attention of the Texas Securities Board, they flat out refused to review it. Then one of their ROGUE Enforcement agents "Attorney" T. H. started a campaign of Libel, Defamation of Character, Deceit, and Slander. We kept copies of all the postings and aliases she used on Ragingbull-Stockwatch and IHUB. The Company traced the IP addresses from these posting to Austin, TX home office of Texas Securities Board.

The Company sent these slanderous emails, postings and a "21 Minute" recorded phone interview where she called Frank Love and Fat Franks Chicago Style Hot Dogs a Scam. Needless to say Her Boss, the Commissioner of Texas Sec. Board, Secretary of State, Texas Governors Office, Ethics Committee and a few other State level offices where not to pleased with Enforcement Agent T. H.?s work.

Texas Securities Commissioner then called Frank Love personally and stated, "Texas Securities Board is no longer investigating you or Your Company" and then went on to say, "Enforcement Agent T. H. does not have a personal vendetta against you or Your Company". Case Closed!

Now pertaining to Lloyd Fan & Anthony Gouveia:

Lloyd Fan who is doing everything necessary to save 30,000 shareholders from losing all of their investment in QBID, met with and agreed to a plan of action with Frank Love in June 2006, roughly 2 1/2 months ago in LA.

At this meeting Anthony Gouveia, was present as a Consultant for Lloyd Fan. His input along with Lloyd Fan is the only reason 30,000 QBID shareholders didn?t read a Press Release stating ?Chapter 7? on Monday 8-21-2006.

Lloyd Fan and Anthony Gouveia have only known Frank Love less than 3 months, starting from their Emergency QBID Meeting in LA in June 2006
