The problem with saying they are paying debt off in cash is not whether they are or aren't - we know they are. The problem is they don't say they are paying off ONLY in cash, and so far that has never happened - a lot of shares have converted at .001 even when they were concurrently(it appears) paying off with cash.

They need to announce something definitive regarding the .001s. A restructuring, renegotiation, etc.. The fact that they haven't done that to me tells the story - conversions will continue - and then it is up to investors to try and figure out how much dilution will occur and how it will affect the bottom line for them. Any posts to the contrary are IMO misleading.

Good luck to longs - this has great potential, but only if there is some way to keep the owner of the debt from getting richer at the shareholders expense, or to grow faster than such dilution.
